Terms & Conditions of Service for Tekrus Solutions
Tekrus Solutions strive to protect customer data. However, I understand that as the customer, I am solely responsible for my data, including backing up all data prior to sending my notebook to Tekrus Solutions for repair. I understand that if I am unable to back up the data, I will notify Tekrus Solutions.
Tekrus Solutions are not responsible for any software or data lost.
New, used, or refurbished parts may be used in the repair of my notebook. All parts will have a 30 day limited warranty from Tekrus Solutions.
I understand Tekrus Solutions is not responsible for keeping or returning defective parts that are replaced as part of the repair, unless specifically requested by me prior to sending my notebook in for repair.
I understand some service related problems, including viruses; spyware, adware and other software issues may not be removable or repairable. In the event the computer’s operating system may need to be reloaded, I will include the email address and password/ recovery media that came with my computer. I understand Tekrus Solutions is not responsible for the functionality of any software, including Microsoft Windows, and that Tekrus Solutions 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply to software issues.
I understand Tekrus Solutions is not responsible for any damage to my laptop that occurs during shipping to or from their location. I understand that I am responsible for properly packaging and insuring my notebook when shipping it to Tekrus Solutions.
I understand that any shipping/handling charges paid to Tekrus Solutions are not refundable.
While most repairs fall under the Service Fee offered.
