Terms & Conditions of Service for Tekrus Solutions.
Tekrus Solutions is committed to safeguarding customer data. However, I acknowledge that I, as the customer, bear full responsibility for my data, which includes ensuring that all data is backed up before sending my notebook to Tekrus Solutions for repair. I recognize that if I cannot back up my data, I will inform Tekrus Solutions. Tekrus Solutions is not liable for any loss of software or data. The repair of my notebook may involve the use of new, used, or refurbished parts. All parts will come with a 30-day limited warranty from Tekrus Solutions. I understand that Tekrus Solutions is not accountable for retaining or returning defective parts that are replaced during the repair process, unless I specifically request this before sending my notebook for repair. I acknowledge that certain service-related issues, such as viruses, spyware, adware, and other software problems, may not be removable or repairable. If the computer’s operating system requires reloading, I will provide the email address and password/recovery media that accompanied my computer. I understand that Tekrus Solutions is not responsible for the performance of any software, including Microsoft Windows, and that the 100% satisfaction guarantee from Tekrus Solutions does not cover software-related issues. I recognize that Tekrus Solutions is not liable for any damage to my laptop that may occur during shipping to or from their facility. I accept that I am responsible for adequately packaging and insuring my notebook when sending it to Tekrus Solutions. I understand that any shipping and handling fees paid to Tekrus Solutions are non-refundable. While most repairs are covered under the Service Fee provided.
